Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and a member of SSC's Board of Directors from 2011 She was one of the co-artistic director of Speech of Fire. She also served as a member of the SSC as producer and composer of costumes/set designs, music director and as a text coach in addition to serving as Artistic Director. For her last year she worked as a lighting designer and director for the production of SSC's King Lear. She had directed from the ensemble, however in last year made her directorial debut. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Other than acting she has also worked on a number of game shows. Their two daughters and sisters were nurtured in the home of her science-minded father Richard F. Post, as well as poet Marylee Post in Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School is where she went to school and was involved in cheerleading. She briefly studied at Pomona College. In a private note, Post was earlier engaged with Stephen Knox. Since 1982 she has been married to actor and writer Michael A. Ross with who she has two daughters. Post has inspired many Hollywood actors since she's an outstanding actress, as well as ideal wife and parent.
